Prime Alture Wine Resort was born from a bold choice: Anna and Roberto’s desire to leave Milan and embrace a more authentic life among the rolling hills of the Oltrepò Pavese. A life project that has involved the entire family and looks to the future, with the new generation already passionately and visionary carrying the dream forward.

RESORT

A haven for those who love the pleasures of life

In the heart of the Oltrepò Pavese, nestled among gentle hills and neatly lined vineyards, lies Prime Alture Wine Resort: a place where time slows down, the senses awaken, and nature becomes part of the experience. In this unique setting, Anna and Roberto welcome you with the warmth and simplicity of those who open their home to true friends.

Their daughter Simona is also actively involved in the life of the resort, carefully overseeing bookings and the organization of events and celebrations, ensuring every stay becomes truly memorable.

The resort offers six exclusive Junior Suites, each inspired by a different wine, tastefully and personally decorated. Created from a renovated farmhouse, they retain the rustic charm of country homes, with exposed wooden beams and views onto a quaint courtyard with a centuries-old olive tree. The informal elegance and intimate atmosphere make each suite a cozy retreat where guests immediately feel at home.

The resort is designed for both physical and spiritual well-being. Guests can unwind in the bio infinity pool surrounded by vineyards, enjoy the warmth of the steam bath and sauna, stay active in the gym, or simply lose themselves in the silence of the vines, for a moment of true reconnection with nature.

The heart of social life is the barn and panoramic terrace, dedicated to dining and events. Every detail is curated to offer emotion, pleasure, and beauty. Here, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and celebrations take place in a warm, welcoming, and intimate atmosphere, with breathtaking views over the Oltrepò hills.

WINERY

From vineyard to bottle, with passion and sustainability

At Prime Alture, we believe wine is born from the earth—long before it enters the cellar. Our vineyards grow on marl-rich soil that gives unique characteristics to the grapes, enhancing aromas, color, and structure in our wines. We cultivate varietals suited to the territory, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot, Croatina, Barbera, and Moscato. Each day, we vinify with dedication and attention to detail, to preserve their most authentic identity.

Vineyard management is entrusted to the expert hands of Master Pruner Claudio Brunelli, who has cared for our vines for years using the Simonit Method—a gentle and respectful pruning technique designed to extend the life of the plant and improve grape quality. Alongside agronomist Claudio Giorgi and oenologist Jean Francois Coquard, we are pursuing an ambitious project of sustainable production to enhance biodiversity and the natural vocation of our land.

Winemaking is meticulous and artisanal, under the care of Fausto Comotti. Every step of the process—from harvest to vinification, from aging in barriques to bottling—is followed with care to preserve the purity of the fruit and transform it into elegant, balanced, and intense wines that express the story of our land. Each bottle reflects our commitment, philosophy, and the love we dedicate to this craft every day.

CUISINE

Territory, tradition, seasonality, and ingredients that speak for themselves

The cuisine at Prime Alture is a natural extension of our philosophy: respect for the land, attention to detail, and a love for genuine things. We are a winery with a kitchen, and in our culinary offerings we celebrate the traditions of the Oltrepò and local excellence. Our menu follows the natural rhythm of the seasons, evolving with what the land, our garden, and the market provide each day.

The ingredients we use come directly from our own garden, where we naturally grow fresh vegetables. Our fruits are always in season and carefully selected, while meats come from small local farmers chosen for the quality and sustainability of their work. Ours is a sincere cuisine, designed to be shared in a relaxed setting, where every dish tells a story rooted in real flavors and deep heritage.

Dining at Prime Alture means experiencing a direct connection with what you eat. You can walk among the vineyards, visit the garden, see the origins of the ingredients up close—and then enjoy dishes that reflect an authentic bond between nature, seasonality, and cuisine.

Fully sharing this vision, chefs Federico Sgorbini and Pasquale Palermo are today at the helm of our kitchen. With their experience and sensitivity, they help us express our culinary identity each day—transforming the essence of Prime Alture into an emotional, contemporary, and sustainable gastronomic journey.

From this collaboration was born the Osteria in Vigna, a new space nestled in the heart of the estate, where local cuisine is reinterpreted with elegance, creativity, and deep respect for raw ingredients. An authentic experience that unites landscape and table—designed for those who wish to savor taste in a unique setting, surrounded by vineyard aromas and heartfelt hospitality.
